Delivery

Transportation of terrariums is a delicate process so they are unable to be to be posted by regular post. We only deliver within 30km from Bonnyrigg, NSW. Deliveries are made after 5pm on weekdays and we will contact you to confirm time and date.

Returns / Refunds

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind after purchase has been made.

We take pride in our terrariums to ensure they are healthy and happy before they are handed over to your care.

All terrariums are checked over thoroughly before being picked up or delivered.

We encourage all customers to read our 'Care Tips' page, to ensure terrariums are kept happy and healthy in your home or office space.

As plants are perishable and we are unable to guarantee how they are cared for once they have left us,

we are unable to offer refunds for plants and terrariums that have not survived in a customer's care.

We do however offer terrarium maintenance and restoration services.

Please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you in bringing your terrarium back to life. (Fee applies)
